This guide walks through completing a new Appointible account setup by updating the first business location details and business hours. A few minutes here saves a lot of confusion later – especially with timezones.
Account Setup
After signing up, Appointible creates the first business location automatically. Completing this location setup is the core of a new account setup. Additional locations can be added later if needed.
Access from Home
Log in to Appointible at Login.
On the Home page, find the Your Business panel and click Business Information.
Click Manage locations. The first location created during sign up is listed here. For multi-location businesses, all locations appear in this list.
Click the location name to open its details.
Access from Settings
Log in to Appointible at Login.
Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Locations from the menu. This opens the same list of locations as on the Home page.
Click the location name to open its details.
Update location details
In the location details view, fill in or review the basic business information. This information is used across Appointible and can be shown publicly on the booking website.
Business name – The name clients see on the booking website and notifications.
Phone number – Contact number for calls or SMS, depending on configuration.
Email address – Contact email for notifications and client communication.
Address – The physical address of the location.
Map pin – Drag the marker on the map if the automatic address lookup is slightly off. A precise pin helps clients find the place without a scenic detour.
Timezone – Make sure the selected timezone is correct. All appointments, reminders, and business hours use this timezone, so it is worth double-checking.
When finished, click Save to apply the changes.
Set business hours
After the basic details are saved, the next step in a clean account setup is to set when the business is open.
Open the location as described above.
Go to the Business hours or Open weekdays & hours section.
For each weekday, set whether the business is open and adjust the opening and closing times.
Click Update hours or Save to confirm.
These hours are used on the Calendar and on the booking website, so appointments cannot be booked outside the defined working hours unless working hours are adjusted.
Add more locations
If the business operates in more than one place, additional locations can be added after the first one is set up.
Open Locations from the profile menu or click Manage locations from Home.
Click Add location.
Repeat the same steps to fill in the business details, timezone, and business hours.

Next steps
After the first location is configured and business hours are set, the next useful steps are:
Review personal profile and preferences in My profile.
Adjust time and locale preferences in Account Settings so dates, times, and currency look familiar.
Open the Calendar to start adding appointments.
Once these pieces are in place, the new Appointible account is ready for everyday scheduling instead of everyday setup.
