Updating Account Currency

Change the default currency used across the account from the Time & currency settings page.

Updating Currency

Appointible lets each account pick a default currency so prices, invoices, and reports all speak the same financial language. Changing it only takes a moment.

Opening Settings

To start, open the account settings page:

  • Go directly to Account settings, or

  • Click the profile picture in the top-right corner and select Business settings from the menu.

Changing Currency

Inside Business settings, look for the Time & currency section. This is where the account time zone, date format, and default currency live together in harmony.

  1. Open Time & currency.

  2. Find the Currency dropdown.

  3. Select the preferred currency from the list.

  4. Click Save changes to apply the update.

After saving, new prices, bookings, and invoices will use the updated currency. Existing records keep their original amounts, so nothing suddenly turns into Monopoly money.

Tips And Next Steps

  • If the account has multiple team members, I recommend confirming everyone is aware of the new currency before updating service prices.

  • After changing currency, double-check service prices and discounts so they match the new currency expectations.

  • If login is needed again, use Login. New accounts can be created from Sign up.
