Resetting Password
Forgot the password and locked out of Appointible? No worries, it happens to the best of us. A few clicks with the Forgot password? option and a verification code from email will get access back in a minute or two.
Important: Password reset works only for accounts created with an email and password. If sign up was done with Apple, Google, or Facebook, use that option again on the Login page instead of resetting a password.
Open Forgot Password
1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click Forgot password? under the password field.
Request Reset Email
1. In the reset form, type the email address used when the Appointible account was first created.
2. Click Send reset password email.
If the email address is not recognized, double-check for typos or try any other email that might have been used when signing up.
Open Verification Code
1. Check the inbox for an email from Appointible with the subject about resetting the password.
2. If the email is not there after a minute or two, check the spam or junk folder.
3. Keep the email open β it contains the verification code needed in the next step.
Enter Code And New Password
1. Return to the reset screen and click Enter the code if needed.
2. Type the verification code from the email.
3. Enter a new strong password and confirm it.
4. Click Create new password to finish.
After the password is updated, log in again from the Login page using the email and the new password.
If The Email Does Not Arrive
If the reset email is not arriving after a few minutes, I recommend trying these quick checks:
Confirm the correct email address was entered on the reset screen.
Look in spam, junk, or promotions folders for the message.
Add Appointible to the email contacts and try again.
Try sending the reset email one more time from the Forgot Password page.
If it is still not working, contact the workspace admin or reach out to Appointible support from the Help Center so the team can take a closer look.
