Logging In
Appointible on mobile keeps the schedule close at hand, not buried under browser tabs. Here is how to get the app and log in within a minute or two.
Getting The App
First, install the Appointible mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
To open the correct store link on the device, visit the download page:
Logging In
After installing the app, open it to see the login screen. There are two main options:
Log in with email
Enter the account email address.
Enter the account password.
Tap Login.
Log in with Apple, Google, or Facebook
Tap the preferred option: Apple, Google, or Facebook.
Confirm the account in the selected service if prompted.
If the same email is already used for an Appointible account, logging in with Apple, Google, or Facebook will connect to that account automatically.
Resetting A Password
If the password slips the mind, it can be reset directly from the mobile app.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password?.
Enter the account email address.
Tap Send reset password email.
An email will arrive with a secure link to create a new password. The link opens a page similar to the web Forgot Password screen.
Open the email and click the reset link.
Enter the verification code if requested.
Create a strong new password.
Return to the mobile app and log in with the new password.
Checking Account Access
If logging in still does not work after a reset, I recommend confirming that the same email is used on both web and mobile.
On web, go to Login and sign in.
Open My profile to see the exact email address used.
Use that same email on the mobile login screen.
If the correct email and password still do not work, contact the workspace owner or admin to confirm access, or reach out to Appointible support with the email address and a short description of what happens on login. The more detail, the faster the mystery is solved.
