View, search, and manage clients from the Appointible mobile app, including details, appointments, and notes.

Managing Clients On Mobile

If access to Clients is enabled for the account, the full client list and details are available directly in the Appointible mobile app. Perfect for those moments when the laptop is across the room and motivation is not.

Opening the client list

To see all clients in the mobile app:

  • Open the Appointible mobile app.

  • Go to Clients from the main navigation.

The same client list is also available on the web at Clients.

Searching clients

The search bar at the top of the client list makes it easy to find the right person quickly. The app supports searching by:

  • Client name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Just start typing and matching clients will appear instantly.

To find a client by name:

  • Tap into the search field.

  • Type the client’s first name, last name, or both.

  • Select the matching client from the results.

To find a client by phone number:

  • Tap into the search field.

  • Enter the full number or just the last few digits.

  • Pick the correct client from the results.

Search by email

To find a client by email address:

  • Tap into the search field.

  • Type the full email or just the part before the @ symbol.

  • Select the matching client from the list.

Viewing client details

From the client list:

  • Tap the client to open the Client details screen.

Here it is possible to see key information such as contact details, upcoming and past appointments, and notes. On the web, the same information is available in Audience Client.

Rebooking from history

Client details include a list of appointments the client has received. To quickly book a new appointment from this history:

  1. Tap the past appointment to open its details.

  2. Tap Book again to schedule a new time with the same service and client.

This is handy when the client says “Same as last time, please” and the brain draws a blank.

Viewing and adding notes

Client notes help keep track of preferences, history, and important details.

To see all notes for a client:

  • Open the client’s Client details screen.

  • Scroll to the Notes section.

  • Tap Show all to expand and see the full note history.

To add a new note:

  • In the Notes section, tap the plus (+) icon.

  • Type the note text.

  • Save the note to attach it to the client record.

On the web, notes and other custom information can be managed using Fields in the Library.

Access requirements

Client management in the mobile app is only visible if access to Clients is granted for the logged-in user. If the Clients section is missing, I recommend checking with the account owner or admin to confirm permissions.
