Creating Clients On Mobile

Add a new client from the Clients tab or directly while creating an appointment in the mobile app.

Creating Clients

Adding a new client in the "Appointible for Business" mobile app is quick – whether starting from the Clients tab or directly from the Calendar while creating an appointment.

From Clients Tab

1. Open the Appointible for Business app.

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Clients to open the client list.

Open the Clients tab in the Appointible for Business app.

3. In the client list, tap the plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner.

4. The new client form opens – follow the steps in the Adding client details section below.

Tap the plus button in the Clients list to add a new client.

From Calendar

Sometimes a new client appears first as a new appointment. In that case, it is handy to create the client directly from the Calendar.

1. In the app, open the Calendar.

2. Tap the plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner.

3. Tap Add appointment.

Tap the Add appointment button.

4. In the appointment form, tap the Select a client field.

Creating From Search

At this point there are two ways to create a new client from the client picker:

  1. Use the plus button
    Tap the plus (+) button in the top-right corner to open a blank new client form, then follow the steps in the Adding client details section.

  2. Create from search
    In the search field, type the new client name, phone, or email. If no existing client is found, tap Create client... to open the form with the typed details pre-filled.

Adding Client Details

The new client form is where the magic happens – this is what keeps the client record useful later in Clients and in the Audience section.

  1. Name and surname
    Enter the client first name and last name. If the client was created from search, these fields may already be filled in.

Enter the client name and surname.

  1. Contact information
    Add at least one way to reach the client, for example:

    • Mobile phone number

    • Email address

    I recommend double-checking this part – it is what makes confirmations and reminders actually arrive.

  2. Notification preferences
    Select which notifications the client agreed to receive, such as confirmations, reminders, or follow-ups. This helps stay compliant and avoid sending messages the client did not sign up for.

Add contact details and notification preferences.

  1. Marketing list
    If the client agrees to receive promotional messages, assign the client to the appropriate marketing list. This helps later when sending campaigns from the Audience section.

  2. Additional fields (optional)
    Depending on the setup, there may be extra fields created in Fields (for example, preferences, notes, or custom IDs). Fill in anything that helps give better service.

  3. Save the client
    When everything looks good, tap Save. The new client will now appear in Clients and can be selected for future appointments.

Fill out the client information and tap Save.
