Adding Mobile Appointments

Create a new appointment from the Appointible for Business mobile app calendar in a few quick steps.

Adding a new appointment from the Appointible for Business mobile app is quick, and after doing it once or twice it becomes second nature – like making coffee, but with fewer buttons.

Open The App

Open the Appointible for Business mobile app and go to the Calendar tab.

Open the Appointible for Business app.

Choose Time Slot

In the Calendar view, there are two easy ways to start a new appointment:

  • Tap the plus symbol (+) in the corner of the screen, or

  • Tap and hold the desired time slot on the calendar to prefill the date and time.

Tap the Add appointment button.

Add Appointment Details

On the Add appointment screen, fill in the main details:

  1. Client
    Select an existing client from the list or create a new client if needed.

  2. Date and time
    Adjust the date and start time. The end time will follow the service duration.

  3. Service
    Choose the service to be provided. When a service is selected:

    • The appointment duration is filled in automatically.

    • The appointment price is also filled in based on the service settings.

If the visit includes more than one service, tap Add service block to add another service to the same appointment. The total duration and price will be updated accordingly.

Fill in client, date, time, and services for the appointment.

Add Notes And Save

At the bottom of the screen, there is an optional Note field. This is handy for things like preferences, special requests, or anything that might be useful to remember next time.

When everything looks good, tap Save to create the appointment.

Add an optional note and save the appointment.

Check The Calendar

After saving, the new appointment appears in the Calendar at the selected date and time. From there it is easy to tap the appointment to:

  • Edit details,

  • Mark as arrived,

  • Cancel or rebook using Book again,

  • Adjust working hours around busy periods.

The new appointment appears in the calendar.
