Rebooking a regular is much faster when starting from a past appointment. As I was saying, no need to rebuild everything from scratch each time.
Using Book Again
These steps use the Appointible for Business mobile app and the Calendar view.
Open the app
1. Open the Appointible for Business app on the phone.
2. Go to the Calendar tab if it is not already open.
3. In the calendar, tap the appointment that needs to be booked again.
Use Book again
In the appointment details screen:
Tap the Book again button.
The calendar will open with the same service, staff member and client already selected.
Select new time
On the calendar screen:
Check that the correct staff member and date are selected. If needed, switch days or use Go to today to jump back to the current date.
Tap an empty time slot where the new appointment should be booked.
I recommend checking for any existing appointments or Busy time blocks first, so the rebooking does not collide with anything important, like lunch.
Edit details
After picking the time, the new appointment screen opens with details copied from the original appointment.
Here it is possible to:
Adjust the date or time.
Change the service or add more services.
Update the staff member if someone else will handle this visit.
Add a short note for anything special to remember.
When everything looks good, tap Save.
Confirm in calendar
After saving, the new appointment appears in the Calendar at the selected time.
If anything needs to be adjusted, simply tap the new appointment in the calendar to Edit appointment, Cancel appointment or Book again once more.
