Adding a new service from the "Appointible for Business" mobile app is quick, and it keeps the online booking page nicely up to date.
Open Services
Open the Appointible for Business mobile app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Services to open the list of existing services.
Add A New Service
In the Services screen, tap the plus (+) symbol to create a new service.
Fill Basic Details
Type the Service name. Pick something that makes sense on the online booking page.
Add a short Description so clients know what is included. A couple of clear sentences usually does the trick.
Choose a Service group if groups are already set up. Service groups can be managed later from Account Service Groups on the web app.
Select the Location(s) where this service is available. This controls where it can be booked.
Set Duration And Pricing
Choose the Duration of the service. This controls how much time is blocked in the calendar.
Decide if Is duration visible online? should be enabled. When enabled, clients see how long the service takes when booking.
Set the Pricing. Use a clear price so there are no surprises at checkout.
Assign Providers And Save
Select the Service providers who can perform this service. Only selected providers will appear for this service in the Calendar and online booking.
Review the details. A quick double check here saves edits later.
Tap Save to create the service.
After saving, the new service appears in the mobile app under Services and in Account Services in the web app. From there it can be reordered, grouped, or fine-tuned as needed.
