Sometimes it is handy to jump between different business locations without putting the phone down – this is exactly what the Appointible for Business app is built to do.
Open The App
Open the Appointible for Business mobile app on the phone or tablet and sign in if needed.
Go to settings
From the bottom menu, tap Settings. This is where all the app preferences and location options live.
Use switch location
In Settings, look for the Switch location panel.
Tap the current location name.
From the list, tap the business location that should be active.
The app will instantly switch to the selected location – no need to restart or do anything fancy.
Check the calendar
Go back to the Calendar tab in the app.
The calendar now shows appointments, staff, and services for the selected business location.
Need to hop to another place again? Just repeat the same steps in Settings and pick a different location.
Tips
If a location is missing from the list, it might not be added to the account yet or access might be limited. In that case, it helps to check with the account owner or manager.
Switching locations does not change any existing appointments – it only changes which location is currently visible and active in the app.
