Turn off a team member’s online visibility so they cannot be booked from the online booking page.

Hiding A Team Member

Sometimes a team member should stay in the calendar, but quietly disappear from the online booking page. As I was saying, this is perfect for owners, trainees, or anyone who should not be booked online.

Open Team

  1. Log in to Appointible.

  2. Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Click Team.

Edit Team Member

On the Team page, pick the person who should be invisible online, but still available in the calendar and reports.

  1. Click the team member card to open the details.

  2. Make sure this person is currently set up as bookable online. Visibility can only be turned off for team members who can be booked online.

Note: If the person is not set as bookable online, there is nothing to hide – they are already invisible on the online booking page.

Turn Off Online Booking

  1. In the team member details, find the option Can be booked online?.

  2. Set this option to Off (clear the checkbox or toggle, depending on the view).

  3. Click Save to apply the change.

After saving, this team member will no longer appear on the online booking page, but will still show up in the calendar, appointments, and reports. A bit like a backstage ninja – present, just not on stage.

Quick Checklist

  • Need the person hidden from the online booking page only? Turn Can be booked online? to Off.

  • Need the person completely removed from the team? Edit the team member in Team and adjust or remove them instead of just hiding.
