Adding Photos To Gallery
Photos on the online booking website help clients see what to expect – a bit like a shop window, just without the fingerprints on the glass.
Open Booking Website Settings
To start, open the Booking Website settings from Setup.
Go to Setup (or click Home in the left menu).
In the Booking Website section, click the dropdown.
Click Configure website.
Enable Online Booking Page
Before adding photos, make sure the online booking page is enabled so clients can actually see the gallery and not just imagine it.
In the Booking Website configuration, find the Online booking page enabled? switch.
Set the switch to On.
Click the Photo gallery button.
Add Photos To Business Gallery
The business photo gallery appears on the main online booking website and helps set the overall look and feel.
In the Booking Website configuration, open the Photo gallery tab.
Click the Upload button.
Select images from the computer or drag and drop them into the upload area.
Drag photos to reorder them. The first images usually get the most attention, so I recommend placing the best ones at the top.
Click Save to publish the changes.
For best results, I recommend using clear, well‑lit images and avoiding very large files that might slow down loading times.
Open Services Page
Service‑level photos are shown when clients view details of a specific service on the booking website. This is perfect for showing results, before/after examples, or the setup for that service.
Click the profile picture in the top‑right corner.
Select Services.
Select A Service
Next, pick the service that needs its own photo gallery.
In Services, click the service that should have photos.
Open Service Photo Gallery
Each service has its own Photo gallery tab where images for that specific service can be managed.
Inside the service editor, click the Photo gallery tab.
Add Photos To Service
Now it is time to give the service its own visual story – ideally with less blur and more wow.
In the service Photo gallery tab, click Upload.
Drag and drop images or select them from the computer.
Drag photos to reorder them. I recommend placing the most representative photo first, as this is usually what clients see first.
Click Save to apply the changes.
If a photo does not look right, it can be removed and uploaded again with better cropping or resolution.
Preview On Booking Website
After saving, it is a good idea to check how everything looks on the public booking website, just like stepping outside to see the shop window from the street.
Open the online booking page using the Public link from Setup in the Booking Website section.
Find the service and click View details.
Confirm that the photos appear as expected.
Changes can take 1–5 minutes to appear online, so a short wait is normal before refreshing the page.
How Clients See Photos
On the online booking website, clients see the business photo gallery on the main page and service photos when they open service details. This helps clients choose services with more confidence – and sometimes a bit of healthy excitement.
