Control how far in advance clients can book online using the Booking Website settings.

Set Minimum Booking Notice

Sometimes last‑minute bookings are great, and sometimes they feel like a surprise guest at closing time. This setting controls how far in advance clients can book online using the Booking Website.

Open booking website settings

First step is to open the Booking Website configuration page.

  1. Go to Home in Appointible.

  2. In the Booking Website card, click the dropdown arrow.

  3. Click Configure booking website.

Adjust booking limitations

Next, update how close to the appointment time clients are allowed to book online.

  1. In the Booking Website settings page, scroll to the Booking limitations section.

  2. Find the option Clients can't book appointments within.

  3. Choose the minimum notice time that fits the schedule (for example, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 1 day).

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Tips for choosing a time

I recommend picking a minimum notice that matches how the business actually runs day to day. For example, if preparation takes at least 2 hours, set the limit to 2 hours so online bookings never appear closer than that on the Calendar.
