Receiving Booking Confirmations

Set up a notification email to receive a copy of every online booking made via the Booking Website.

Receive Booking Emails

It is possible to receive a copy of every online booking confirmation email directly in the inbox. This applies to appointments created via the Booking Website only.

Open booking website settings

First, open the Booking Website settings from the Setup page.

  1. Go to Setup (also available as "Home" in the left side panel).

  2. In the Booking Website section, click the dropdown.

  3. Select Configure booking website.

Set notification email

Next, add the email address that should receive a copy of each online booking confirmation. This is where the magic lands in the inbox.

  1. In the Booking Website settings, open the Notifications panel.

  2. Select the checkbox Send booking confirmation email copy?.

  3. Enter the preferred email address in the field provided. This address will receive a copy of every appointment confirmation created via the online Booking Website.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Tips and notes

A couple of quick notes before waiting for the first booking to arrive.

  • This notification applies only to appointments booked online via the Booking Website, not to appointments created manually in the Calendar.

  • If the confirmation emails do not appear, check the spam or promotions folder and mark one of the messages as "Not spam" so the inbox learns the habit.

  • To stop receiving these copies later, simply return to the Notifications panel in the Booking Website settings and clear the checkbox.
