Update Working Hours
Working hours can be updated directly from the Calendar, without going through settings. As I was saying, this is usually the fastest way to react to last‑minute schedule changes.
Open calendar
Go to Calendar.
Find the service provider whose working hours need an update.
If the service provider is not visible, use the calendar filter at the top to select the required service providers.
On the chosen day, click the small pencil icon next to the working hours.
Edit day hours
In the working hours popup, make sure the option like "Is working on [day]" is checked if the provider is working that day.
Set the from and to times for that day. Multiple time intervals can be added if there is, for example, a lunch break in the middle.
Optional: If the business has multiple locations, select the business location where the provider will work during that time.
Click Confirm to save the changes for that day.
If the full weekly schedule needs an update, not just a single day, click Adjust working hours. This will open the weekly working hours editor for the provider.
Mark day as not working
Sometimes a provider is simply not available on a specific day – vacation, training, or just a well‑deserved break.
In the same working hours popup, find the service provider and the day that should be unavailable.
Uncheck the option "Is working on [day]".
Click Confirm to save the change.
If the provider should not work on several days in the week, use Adjust working hours to update the full weekly schedule in one place.
Warning when booking
If an appointment is created in a time when the provider is not working or is unavailable, a warning message appears in the Calendar booking flow. This helps avoid accidental bookings outside working hours – a bit like a friendly nudge saying, "Maybe not that time."
