Calendar-Only Access
Sometimes a team member only needs to see and manage their own appointments, not the entire business. As I was saying, giving calendar-only access keeps things simple, secure, and avoids the "oops, I edited the wrong client" moments.
Open team members
Log in to Appointible.
Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.
Click Team.
Add team member
On the Team members page, click Add team member.
Fill basic details
Enter the team member’s first name, last name, and title.
If there are multiple business locations, select the primary location for this team member.
Enter the email address if the team member should log in to the Appointible web portal or the Appointible for Business mobile app.
Choose whether this person is a Service provider and whether they can be booked online.
Set calendar-only access
This is the key step for creating a team member who only sees a personal calendar.
In the permissions section, set Apps access to Yes, some access so the team member can log in.
If needed, give access to additional locations, or keep it limited to the primary one.
Under Calendar access, select Personal calendar. This limits visibility to this team member’s own calendar only, not All team.
Turn off other permissions that are not needed, for example:
Disable Clients access if direct access to the full client list is not required.
Disable Settings access to prevent changes to account or calendar configuration.
Review the summary of permissions to confirm that only calendar access is enabled.
Click Send invitation.
Accept invitation
The team member receives an email invitation at the address that was entered.
The invitation can be accepted in a browser or in the Appointible for Business mobile app.
The mobile app can be downloaded from https://appointible.com/biz/download-mobile-app/.
After accepting the invitation, the team member logs in and sees only the assigned personal calendar in the Calendar view, with no access to other team calendars or sensitive account data.
