Grouping Services

Service groups help keep things tidy by organizing similar services together and, if needed, linking them to the same required equipment. It makes the Services list easier to scan and helps avoid double‑booking shared resources.

  2. Click the profile picture in the top right corner.

Creating a service group

Service groups are ideal for things like Haircut services, Massages, Consultations, or any set of services that belong together and might share the same equipment.

  1. In Service groups, click Create service group.

  2. Enter a clear Name for the group, such as "Haircuts" or "Consultations".

  3. If all services in this group use the same resource, select the Required equipment from the dropdown. This pulls from the list in Account Resources.

  4. Click Create to save the new group.

Assigning services to a group

Once a service group exists, services can be attached to it so they appear neatly grouped in the Services list and on the online booking page, instead of looking like a long laundry list of options.

  1. Go back to Services.

  2. Click any service that should belong to the group to open the Edit service view.

  3. In the Service group field, open the dropdown.

  4. Select the desired Service group.

  5. Click Save.

Tips for organizing

  • Group by category: For example, "Haircuts", "Color", "Massage", "Consultations".

  • Use equipment smartly: If several services share the same chair, room, or device, set that as Required equipment in the group to help avoid double bookings.

  • Keep names simple: Short, clear group names make the online booking page easier to understand at a glance.
