Reordering Services
Reordering services helps present the most important options first, both in the calendar and online booking. It only takes a few drags and drops, no heavy lifting required.
Opening services
To start, open the list of services in the account:
Log in to Appointible.
Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.
Click Services.
Entering reorder mode
On the Services page:
Click Reorder services at the top of the list.
Reordering service groups
Service groups control how services are grouped in the list and in online booking. To change the order of groups:
In reorder mode, click and hold a service group row.
Drag the group up or down to the desired position.
Release the mouse to drop it in place.
I recommend placing the most popular or most profitable groups at the top so they are easier to find.
Reordering services in a group
To change the order of services inside a specific group:
Click the group row to expand it and show all services in that group.
Click and hold a service.
Drag the service up or down to the desired position within the group.
Release the mouse to drop it in place.
Repeat for any other services that need to be moved.
Placing the most frequently booked services at the top usually makes online booking feel much faster and more intuitive.
Saving changes
When the order of service groups and services looks good:
Click Save to apply the new order.
The updated order will be used in the Services page and, if services are Visible online, in online booking as well.
