Different Prices Per Provider
Sometimes one provider is more experienced, another is still learning, and a third has a waiting list longer than a holiday checkout line. In Appointible it is easy to set a different price for each service provider without changing the main service price.
Before starting
I recommend checking that:
All providers are already added in Team.
Services are already created and visible in Account Services.
Open the team member
Log in to Appointible.
Click the profile picture in the top right corner.
Click Team to open the team list.
Find the provider that needs a different price and click Edit team member.
Open provider services
Inside the team member profile, click the Services tab.
Locate the service group that contains the service that needs a different price.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the service group name to expand the list of services.
Edit the service price
Find the specific service in the expanded list.
Click Edit service for that service.
In the price section, enable or select the option to set a custom price for this provider.
Enter the new price that should apply only when this provider is booked.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
What clients see
When a client books online, the price shown will match the provider that is selected for the appointment. The main service price in Account Services stays as the default, and the custom price is used only for that specific provider.
