Viewing text messages
All scheduled and already sent text reminders can be reviewed and managed from the Logbook. It is the central place to see what went out, what is coming up, and what might need a quick fix.
Opening Logbook
To see all text reminders, open Logbook from the left side panel in the Appointible account.
Using filters
Logbook can show a lot of messages, so filters help narrow things down to the exact reminders that need attention.
Filtering by date
To see messages for a specific day or period:
Click the Date filter at the top of the Logbook.
Select the desired time interval, such as Today, Next 7 days, or a custom range.
Click Save to apply the filter.
Filtering by status
To focus on scheduled, already sent, or problematic messages, use the Status filter. It can show only messages with a specific status, such as:
Scheduled – reminders that are planned but not yet sent.
Sent – messages that left the system.
Sent & delivered – messages that reached the client’s phone.
Error – messages that failed to send or deliver.
Canceled – reminders that were stopped before sending.
This makes it easy to quickly check that upcoming reminders are scheduled correctly or to review any errors that might need a follow-up call.
Searching by client
To find all reminders related to a specific person, use the search bar at the top of Logbook:
Type the client’s name or phone number.
Results will instantly narrow down to messages for that client only.
This is handy when a client asks, “Did that reminder go out?” and a quick search gives the full history in a few seconds.
Managing scheduled messages
Scheduled reminders can be moved to a different time or canceled directly from the Logbook. This is especially useful when appointments are rescheduled and reminders need to follow along.
Select one or more scheduled reminders using the checkboxes next to each message.
Choose whether to Reschedule or Cancel the selected messages.
Rescheduling reminders
To move one or more reminders to a new time:
Select the reminder or reminders using the checkboxes.
Click Reschedule to another time.
Then set the new schedule:
Pick the new date and time for the reminder.
Click Reschedule message to confirm.
That is it – the reminder will now go out at the updated time, keeping the client informed without sending duplicate or confusing messages.
