Finding Messages
Historical client messages are stored in two main places: on the Clients page inside the client record, and in the Inbox. I recommend using the client record when focusing on one person, and the Inbox when checking multiple conversations or message delivery.
Viewing Messages From Clients Page
This path is handy when already working with a specific client record and wanting to quickly see the full message history.
1. Open the Clients page
Select Clients from the left side panel.
2. Search for the client
Use the search field at the top of the Clients page to find the desired client by name, phone number, or email.
3. Open the client details
Click the client name in the results list to open the Client details view.
4. Open the Conversations tab
Inside the client record, select the Conversations tab. This shows all previous SMS chats and messages linked to that client.
5. Review the message history
All previous chats with that client are listed in chronological order. Older messages sit higher up the list, newer ones closer to the bottom, so scrolling is sometimes the best workout of the day.
Viewing Messages From Inbox
The Inbox is ideal when checking multiple conversations, message delivery, or working as a team.
Open Inbox from the left side panel.
Use the search or filters (such as All, My, or Unassigned) to find the conversation.
Select the conversation to see the full SMS history, including message status and any delivery errors.
