Adding Locations

Multiple locations help keep calendars, business hours, and the Booking Website nicely organized instead of feeling like a crowded waiting room.

Open Business Locations

  1. Log in to Appointible.

  2. Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.

This opens the list of existing locations and the option to add new ones.

Open Business Locations

Create New Location

  1. On the Business locations page, click Create new location (or Create location).

A new location form will open on the right side of the screen.

Fill Location Details

I recommend filling in as much detail as possible so staff and clients instantly recognize which place is which.

  1. Location name – for example, "Downtown Clinic" or "Main Street Studio".

  2. Phone number and email – contact details specific to this location.

  3. Time zone – double-check this, especially if locations are in different regions. It affects appointment times in the Calendar.

  4. Address – type the full address or drag the red pin on the map to the correct spot.

These details are used across the dashboard, calendar, and (optionally) the Booking Website, so a quick review here saves confusion later.

Set Business Hours

Each location can have its own open weekdays and hours, which then appear in the Calendar as business hours.

  1. In the location form, find the Business hours or Open hours section.

  2. Select the weekdays when the location is open.

  3. Set opening and closing times for each day.

If hours change later, they can be updated from Business locations or directly in the Calendar settings.

Enable Booking Website (Optional)

If the new location should accept online bookings, the Booking Website section is the place to visit before clicking Create.

  1. In the location form, open the Online bookings or Booking Website panel.

  2. Turn on Booking website enabled? so the location appears on the public Booking Website.

  3. Enter a clear Public name that clients will see online.

  4. Upload a logo or photo to make the page recognizable.

  5. Add a short description with key information such as parking, entrance notes, or what this location specializes in.

To review the full Booking Website configuration later, open Setup or the Booking Website app from the main menu.

Enable Booking Website

Save Location

  1. After reviewing details, business hours, and optional Booking Website settings, click Create.

The new location will now appear under Business locations, and can be managed from the dashboard, calendar, and Booking Website settings as needed.
