Viewing Sales by Team Member

Sales can be filtered by specific team members directly in the Business Analytics dashboard, so it is easy to see who is bringing in which revenue without wrestling with spreadsheets.

Open Business Dashboard

1. Log in to Appointible.

2. When in the Control Panel view, click Switch to Business Dashboard at the top.

Navigate to Appointible

Go to Reports Home

3. In the Business Dashboard, click Home under Business Analytics. This opens the main reports overview where filters live.

Click on Home

Filter by team member

4. At the top of the Business Analytics page, find the Service providers filter.

  • Select one or more team members whose sales should be analyzed.

  • All charts and numbers in the dashboard will instantly update based on the selected team members.

Multiple team members can be selected to compare combined performance – handy when checking how a location or a small crew is doing.

Filter by services

5. Use the Services filter to narrow sales down to specific services.

  • Select one or more services to see how much revenue they generate for the selected team member(s).

  • The dashboard will refresh to show only data related to those services.

This is useful when checking which services a team member sells most, or which services might need a bit more marketing love.

Adjust the date range

6. In the same Business Analytics view, use the Date filter to choose the period for the analysis.

  • Quick options like Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This calendar year are available.

  • Pick a custom range if a specific campaign or season needs to be checked.

Combining the date range with Service providers and Services gives a clear picture of who sold what, and when.

What to look at

Once filters are set, focus on these key metrics in the Business Analytics dashboard:

  • Total revenue – overall sales attributed to the selected team member(s).

  • Number of appointments – how many bookings were completed.

  • Average ticket value – how much, on average, each appointment is worth.

A quick pass through these numbers usually tells a pretty good story about performance, without needing a detective hat.
