Changing Report Date Range
Reports in Appointible can be filtered by different date ranges, so it is easy to focus on exactly the period that matters β last week, last month, or a custom set of days.
Opening Reports
1. Sign in to the Appointible account.
2. In the left sidebar, click Reports. This opens the main Business Analytics dashboard.
Selecting Date Range
At the top of the Reports page there is a date filter that controls all charts and metrics in the dashboard.
Click the date range selector at the top of the page.
Choose one of the pre-set options, such as Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This calendar year.
To pick a custom period, select the start and end dates directly in the calendar.
Click Save to apply the new range.
If the numbers suddenly look very different, that is usually a sign that the date range was changed β not that all appointments disappeared into a black hole.
How Data Updates
Once a date range is selected and saved, all widgets in the Business Analytics dashboard update to match that period. This includes appointment data, client data, services, and service provider performance.
For each metric, Appointible also compares the selected period with the previous, equivalent period, so trends are easy to spot at a glance.
If September is selected, the data is compared with August.
If the current week is selected, the data is compared with the previous week.
If the last 30 days are selected, the data is compared with the 30 days before that.
This comparison view helps quickly see whether bookings, revenue, or client activity are moving up, down, or staying steady.
Tips For Using Dates
Here are a few practical ways to use the date range in Reports:
Use Last 7 days to keep an eye on short-term trends and recent campaigns from Campaigns.
Use Last 30 days to understand monthly performance without waiting for the calendar month to end.
Use This calendar year to review overall business performance and seasonality.
Use a custom range to match specific marketing campaigns, holidays, or internal reporting periods.
If something in the numbers does not look quite right, I recommend first checking the date range at the top of the Reports page β it usually explains the mystery.
