Delete Account
Sometimes a fresh start is the best feature of all. This guide walks through how to permanently delete an Appointible account from the Billing page, and what to keep in mind before taking the final step.
Open Billing
Sign in to Appointible.
Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Billing from the menu.
Find danger zone
On the Billing page, scroll down to the Danger zone section at the bottom.
Start deletion
In the Danger zone, click Delete account.
Read the confirmation message carefully. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Confirm the action to continue.
Share feedback
After clicking Delete account, an optional field appears to select a reason or add a short note. I recommend adding a quick comment if something did not work as expected β it helps the team improve things for the next person.
Before deleting
Before finishing the deletion, it is usually a good idea to:
Download any invoices or billing history that might be needed later from Billing.
Check any remaining SMS credits or plan time, as these are typically not refundable after deletion.
Let clients know that online booking will no longer be available once the account is removed.
What happens next
After confirming deletion, access to the Appointible account is removed and data is scheduled for permanent deletion according to Appointible data retention policies. If the delete button was clicked by mistake or something looks off, I recommend reaching out to support as soon as possible using the in-app messenger before closing the browser tab.
