Updating Credit Card

Change the credit or debit card used for Appointible subscription payments and SMS credits.

Keeping the right card on file helps avoid any surprises with subscription payments or SMS credits, so updating card details only takes a moment.

Navigating To Billing

First step is to open the Billing page in Appointible.

  1. Log in to Appointible.

  2. Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Billing from the menu.

Adding New Card

Next step is to add the new credit or debit card that should be used for subscription and SMS charges.

  1. On the Billing page, find the payment method section.

  2. Click Add credit card.

Click Add credit card in the Billing page.

Saving Card Details

Finally, enter the new card details so future charges use the updated card. I recommend double-checking the expiry date and CVC so payments keep flowing smoothly.

  1. Enter the card number, expiry date, CVC and cardholder name.

  2. Confirm the billing address if requested.

  3. Click Save.

Enter the new credit or debit card details and save.

What Happens Next

After saving, the new card becomes the active payment method for the Appointible subscription and any SMS credits or auto recharge that might be enabled. If the previous card was failing, upcoming charges should now succeed without extra work.
