Downgrading a plan
Sometimes a leaner setup is all that is needed. Downgrading a subscription in Appointible is quick and can be done directly from the Billing page.
Open billing
Log in to Appointible.
Click the profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Billing from the menu.
Choose change plan
On the Billing page, find the current subscription section.
Click Change plan.
Select smaller plan
Use the team size dropdown to pick the correct number of team members for the new plan.
Select the smaller subscription plan that fits the current needs.
Review the price and what is included before continuing. I recommend checking how many team members and features are needed so nothing important goes missing.
Confirm downgrade
When the new plan is selected, click Change plan to confirm.
Check the confirmation message to see when the downgrade takes effect. In most cases it applies from the next billing period, so the current cycle is fully used.
If something looks off in the price or plan details, I recommend canceling the change before confirming and double-checking the options again in Billing. Better a quick review now than a surprise later.
Before downgrading
A few quick checks help avoid surprises after a downgrade:
Team members – make sure the selected plan supports the needed number of staff.
Features – confirm that essential features are included in the new plan.
SMS credits – available balance and auto recharge settings in Billing might work differently depending on the plan and usage.
