Pro Plan Overview
The Appointible Pro plan unlocks advanced messaging, text marketing, and onboarding help that can save a lot of time and a few headaches along the way.
Main Pro benefits
Dedicated telephone number
A dedicated phone number is assigned to the account only. Clients can save that number and instantly recognize who is contacting them instead of guessing if it is spam.Two-Way Inbox
Access to the Two-Way Inbox makes it easy to send SMS messages and receive replies in one central place. Any team member with access can jump in and answer questions instead of conversations living in someone’s pocket.SMS Marketing add-on
Enable Appointible SMS Marketing to send bulk text messages to all clients or specific segments. It is ideal for promotions, reminders, and quick announcements. With the Appointible Pro plan, additional Apps become available that help automate and personalize communication, which in turn can drive extra revenue with less manual work.Data import service
Only Pro accounts can request a done‑for‑you data import from another system into Appointible. This is an optional one‑time paid service that starts from $700, perfect when there is no desire to spend a weekend copy‑pasting.

Before upgrading
Before switching to Pro, it helps to have a few details ready:
Business legal name and address
Primary contact details (email and phone)
Payment method for the subscription
Having this information at hand makes the onboarding form and phone number registration much smoother.
Step 1 – Open Billing
Sign in to Appointible.
Click the profile picture in the top‑right corner.
Select Billing from the menu.
Step 2 – Choose change plan
On the Billing page, click Change plan.
Step 3 – Select team size
In the plan selection window:
Use the team size dropdown to pick the correct number of team members.
Click Switch to Pro.
Step 4 – Review pricing
Before confirming, review the summary:
Monthly or yearly price for the selected team size
What is included in the Pro plan
When the new plan will start and how it affects the current billing cycle
Step 5 – Add payment method
If no payment method is added yet, Billing will ask to add one:
Enter card details in the payment form.
Confirm the information is correct.
Click Change plan to complete the upgrade.
What happens next
The subscription switches to Pro and the new plan appears in Billing.
An Appointible Pro onboarding form is presented to collect business details.
After the form is submitted, the team reviews the information, registers the brand, and assigns dedicated phone number(s). This usually takes 2–4 business days.
If anything is missing or unclear, the Appointible team reaches out to clarify details about text messaging, telephone numbers, or company information.
Once onboarding is complete, the Two-Way Inbox, SMS Marketing add‑on, and other Pro features are ready to use. At that point, experimenting with campaigns and conversations is highly encouraged.
