Change the Appointible subscription plan and team size from the Billing page.

Upgrading The Plan

Upgrading the plan in Appointible is quick – a couple of clicks and the account is ready to enjoy the Pro features.

Opening Billing

First, open the Billing page in Appointible.

  1. Log in to Appointible.

  2. Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Billing from the menu.

Choosing A New Plan

On the Billing page, use the plan selector to switch to the Pro plan or adjust the current plan.

  1. Click Change plan.

  2. Use the team size dropdown to pick the number of team members that need access.

  3. Review the available plans and select the option that fits the business best, such as the Pro plan.

Click Change plan on the Billing page.

Select the team size for the subscription.

Choose the Appointible plan that fits the business.

Adding Payment Details

If upgrading to a paid plan or increasing the team size, payment details might be needed.

  1. In the plan change dialog, add or update the payment method if prompted.

  2. Confirm the billing details and pricing.

  3. Click Change plan to finish the upgrade.

Add or update the payment method, then confirm the plan change.

What Happens Next

After confirming the change, the subscription updates immediately. The Billing page shows the new plan, team size, and the available balance, including plan credits and any manually purchased credits. If something looks off, I recommend refreshing the Billing page or contacting support with a quick screenshot.
