Invoices like to hide in plain sight. Here is how to quickly find and download them from the Billing page.
Navigating to Billing
First, open the Billing page in the account.
Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Billing from the menu.
Finding receipts
On the Billing page, scroll down to the Receipts panel. This section lists the payment history for the subscription.
Next to each payment, there is a View button.
Scroll down to the Receipts panel.
Click View next to the invoice that is needed.
Downloading the invoice
After clicking View, the detailed invoice page opens.
Click Download invoice.
Save the PDF file to the computer for accounting, taxes, or that tidy folder on the desktop.
If the invoice is missing
If an expected payment does not appear in the Receipts panel on the Billing page, I recommend checking:
That the correct Appointible account or workspace is open.
That the payment was successfully processed by the bank or card provider.
If it still looks off, I recommend reaching out to support with the payment date and the last four digits of the card so the team can help track it down.
