Adding Link To Facebook
In a couple of minutes it is possible to have a shiny "Book now" style link on Facebook that sends clients straight to the Booking Website.
Copy booking link
First step is to copy the public Booking Website link from Appointible.
1. Open Setup (or click Home in the left panel inside Appointible).
2. Find the Booking Website section.
3. Click the dropdown next to Booking Website.
4. Click to copy the public link.
Tip: The Booking Website needs to be configured and enabled first so the link works as expected.

Open Facebook page
Next step is to open the Facebook place where the link should appear – either a personal profile or a business page.
1. Log in to Facebook.
2. Go to the personal profile or business page.
3. Click About in the menu.
Add first website link
If Facebook does not have any website link yet, follow these steps.
In the About section, click Contact and basic info.
Scroll to Websites and social links.
Click Add a website.
Add extra website link
If Facebook already has a website link and the Booking Website should be added as an extra link, use the pencil icon to edit the list.
In the About section, click Contact and basic info.
In the Websites and social links panel, click the pencil icon.
Paste booking link
Now it is time to paste the Booking Website link copied from Appointible into Facebook and save the change.
1. Click Add a website if needed to create a new field.
2. Paste the Booking Website link into the empty website field.
3. Click Save.
Check Facebook intro
After saving, Facebook shows the Booking Website link in the Intro panel so clients can click and book online directly from Facebook – no detective work required.
