Configure Booking Website

Enable and customize the online Booking Website, add photos, and share the public booking link with clients.

What is Booking Website?

The Booking Website in Appointible lets clients book services online 24/7, even while the phone is taking a well‑deserved break. Below is a simple walkthrough to enable it, customize the public details, add photos, and share the booking link.

Complete Setup

To start configuring the Booking Website, go to the Home page in Appointible:

  • Open Home in a web browser.

  • Find the Booking Website panel.

  • Click Configure.

Public Details

Next, adjust what clients see on the public Booking Website. I recommend checking each field carefully, as this is the online business card.

  1. Booking website enabled? – Turn this switch on to make the Booking Website public. If it is off, the public link will not work.

  2. Public name – Enter the business name that should appear on the Booking Website header.

  3. Description – Add a short, friendly description of services, style, or anything that helps clients feel confident booking.

  4. Logo - upload a logo to make the page look professional and recognizable. It is in the Details tab.

  5. Address - is you have physical address, provide address where customers will find you. It is in the Details tab.

All of this information is visible online on the Booking Website, so it helps to keep it clear, friendly, and up to date.

Add photos

Photos help clients quickly understand the space, services, and overall vibe. In the Photo gallery tab of the Booking Website configuration you can upload multiple photos my uploading photos with drag and drop.

  1. Click the Upload button in the gallery section, or drag and drop images into the upload area.

  2. Add multiple photos to show different parts of the business or services.

  3. Reorder the photos by dragging them so the most important image appears first.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

After saving, the images appear on the public Booking Website next to the business details in 1-2 minutes.

Booking Rules

Booking limitations control when booking time slots appear on the Booking Website to the customers so the calendar stays manageable.

  • Time slot frequency – Set how often available time slots appear (for example, every 15, 20, or 30 minutes). Shorter intervals give clients more choice, longer intervals keep the schedule tidier.

  • Days in advance – Choose how far into the future clients can book. A common setup is 30–60 days, but this can be shorter for very dynamic schedules.

  • Minimum notice – Set how much notice is needed before a new booking. For example, 2 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours. This helps avoid last‑minute surprises for the team.

If the calendar is often overbooked or feels chaotic, tightening these three settings usually helps bring things back under control.

Email notifications

Notification settings decide who receives booking confirmation emails when clients book through the Booking Website.

  1. Select whether a copy of each booking confirmation email should be sent to the business.

  2. Enter the email address that should receive these confirmations.

Using a shared inbox (for example, reception or front desk) can help the whole team stay in sync without forwarding emails around.

Public Link

Once the Booking Website is configured, the public link can be copied and shared with clients.

  • Go back to Setup.

  • In the Apps panel, find Booking Website.

  • The public booking link is displayed there and can be copied for sharing.

Public Link

The Booking Website has a unique public link that can be shared with clients anywhere online.

  • In the Booking Website configuration panel, locate the public link.

  • Click Copy to copy the link, or click Share to open sharing options.

If the link does not open for clients, check that Booking website enabled? is turned on in the same screen.

Preview Booking Website

You can open the link in web browser. If something does not look right, it can be adjusted from the Booking Website configuration in Setup, or by updating business locations and hours in Business locations and the Calendar. Updates to the Booking Website takes 1-2 minutes to get refreshed publicly.

Share Link with Customers

Once the link is ready, it can be shared with your customers and added to your website as the "Online Registration" button.
