Adding Booking Link
Here is a simple way to copy the Appointible Booking Website link and add it to the Instagram profile bio, so clients can book online 24/7 with just one tap.
Copy booking link
First, copy the Booking Website link from Appointible.
Open Appointible at Setup or click Home in the left side panel.
In the Booking Website section, click the dropdown.
Click Copy next to the Booking Website link, or click Share to see more options.

Send link to phone
Instagram only allows editing profile links properly from the mobile app, not from the web version. So the Booking Website link needs to be available on the phone.
Paste the copied link into an email, message, or notes app that is accessible on the phone.
Alternatively, open Appointible directly on the phone and copy the Booking Website link again from Home or Setup.
Open Instagram app
Next, add the Booking Website link to the Instagram bio using the mobile app.
On the phone, open the Instagram app and go to the profile.
Tap Edit profile.
Add external link
In the Edit profile screen, tap Links.
Tap Add external link.
Paste the Booking Website link into the URL field.
In the title field, type something clear like Book Online or Book an Appointment.
Tap the checkmark (or Save) to confirm.
Check profile bio
After saving, go back to the Instagram profile. The Booking Website link now appears in the bio section as a clickable link. Clients can tap it to open the Appointible Booking Website and schedule appointments anytime, even while the phone is on airplane mode and coffee is still brewing.
